Refund Policy
Shyamprosad Institute of Culture values transparency and donor trust. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
1. General Rule
Donations made to Shyamprosad Institute of Culture are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate transaction
- Incorrect donation amount entered by mistake
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:
- Transaction ID
- Date of donation
- Amount donated
- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
5. Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Shyamprosad Institute of Culture management.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.
